The idea of \u200b\u200bRegina was another but in the end we decided it best to remember Albert was to run with his friends among the race. We wanted to make a bell'allenamento Castles but then the chance of this event at Villa Pamphili, where Albert grew up it was a great idea, running a non-competitive with no hassle was the best thing. 
Saturday I raced and then used the day after another 10 km and it could be tough but I thought it was worse, my throat did not give me too much trouble and his legs held up.
pity that crazy Giancarlo made me run enough budgeted under 5'30 at km 6 and so I pulled the oars in a boat to take it again after the eighth and closed the 10 km at an average of almost 5'30.
But the technical data is irrelevant, it was a beautiful morning of meetings, greetings, memories for me here at Villa Pamphili the first races I did just emigrated to Rome.
Sunday I was a little 'peace with many things but mostly with myself, running in one of the most beautiful parks in Italy and then across Rome to return home through the most evocative of the wonder of what the city is unique and priceless .
close this 2009 running a bit ', I almost never during the past few months and now wants me coming back, running shoes always attract me and the road is always a sure way to many things, not ends never to experience emotions running and to learn many things.
