Sunday morning I finally use a good hour in the company of Sonia to Vivaro :))))
It was not cold at all and run through the woods and meadows is always the best way to train. The girl has been going strong and gave me a personal pleasure to race with me ehhhehe:))), I must say that when I run with her I can always run well and not feel fatigue, brings me luck.
