Boobes Knacked Indian

artichokes and potatoes au gratin.

Last Saturday I bought artichokes at the market, I've cleaned and I made this recipe pretty good.

I might have to cook them a little more, but were good anyway.

The recipe is simple enough, obviously it takes a while to clean the artichokes, but for those who did not want, just buy frozen ones into wedges and here.

Ingredients

4 artichokes

3 medium-small potatoes

10 pitted green olives

One tablespoon capers

One tablespoon parsley

Two tablespoons of bread crumbs

Two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic

Clean the artichokes, must remain part of the tender, cut into wedges, remove beards internal if any.

Take a greased baking dish and after it, make a layer of raw potatoes, peeled and cut into slices.

Meanwhile prepare a mixture of olives, parsley and capers.

Mix artichokes, spread a layer over the potatoes, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese, then sprinkle with olive oil.

Cook for half an hour three quarters of an hour at 200 degrees, covered for the first twenty minutes, uncovered later.
