There Is A Red Dot On The Tip Of My Tongue

Plum cake with pumpkin and chocolate profiteroles

I said that I would continue the saga of the pumpkin, and yet I have miserably stop the pudding ... (If I remember correctly) but now with this continuous plum.
do not know whether to call it sweet I think because the eggs used are too few, but 'actually the dough is very wet because you use the pumpkin puree.
The ingredients are as follows:

250 grams of pumpkin clean

150 g sugar 70 g butter

1 egg 1 tablespoon baking
250 grams of flour
a pinch of salt vanilla
30 grams of dark chocolate.

Cook steaming the pumpkin and cut it into puree.
Put in a bowl the sugar, egg and vanilla and mix well. Add

melted butter, pumpkin puree, a pinch of salt, flour, baking powder and if you need a bit 'of milk.

United spezzetato chocolate.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.

Check
cooking with a toothpick.
Next time though I would try to use more eggs and less flour and change the doses ... but I will let you know.
Oh I almost forgot! I was inspired I would say that I basically copied the recipe http://lacuisiniereparisienne.blogspot.com/.
