a month now after I write this blog ... I've been around for Italy this month, the work has taken me a bit 'outside the world of travel.
The only exception was the Ostia, I was usually supply our 11 th km, great experience as always and great day of celebration. Then lunch with some friends Blogtrotters and then back to work around ..
This week just gone I could finally run, half an hour Monday, Wednesday three quarters of an hour and then yesterday.
Yesterday I ran with Ezio and Angelo, we took an hour and a quarter of slow, finally resorted to a bit 'of continuity but not much else then I say it happens again to stop.
So much has happened this month but it would take a post a day to tell them, I just want to say goodbye to the friend Marione and apologize if I have been absent in this month of his torment and pain, every day has become a promise to call in vain end of the evening.
Friends are here and are under Mario .. you do not break down, the first race that I can do is just for you :)))))
