Happy New Year to all!! I hope you all had a New Year's worthy of the name, I have celebrated with a little 'orange friends and we were really good, family atmosphere and strumming a guitar to no end .. we do this? and faces quest'artra !!!!!!
Today I ran but my legs were a little 'tired and still full of the work of the past days and then I made only 6 km of progressive Tor Vergata.
Fatico well on this little rise of lawn and says a lot about the fact that the preparation is still shaky, it takes very little to go on ouertreinin .. American I tell you go! However
nn do anything, just be running around x, will be better days, in the meantime let's enjoy these :))))
